Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between ActionDrive (“Company”) and users in connection with the use of Flow Browser.
* This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict, the Korean version may prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. General

1.1 Purpose

These Terms set forth the conditions, procedures, and responsibilities for using Flow Browser (Windows app) and related web services (dashboard, autopilot, templates, etc.).

1.2 Definitions

  • Service: Flow Browser and all related web/server features
  • Member: a user who creates an account with email and uses the Service after logging in
  • Workflow: a scenario/configuration defining an automation procedure
  • Marketplace (Templates): a space to share and distribute workflows
  • Autopilot: scheduled runs and result management (success/failure)
  • Credits (UT): units used to access certain Service features (subject to change by policy)

1.3 Effectiveness and changes

  • These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise notified.
  • The Company may modify the Terms to the extent permitted by law. Material changes will be announced in advance with the effective date and reasons.

2. Account and agreement

2.1 Formation of agreement

  • An agreement is formed when you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy and complete sign-up.
  • Sign-up is provided via email-based login.

2.2 Account security

  • You are responsible for securely managing your authentication information, including your password.
  • If you suspect account compromise or unauthorized use, you must take immediate steps (e.g., change password) and notify the Company.

3. Service provision

  • The Company provides no-code web automation design and execution features.
  • The Company provides templates (Marketplace) and Autopilot (scheduled execution/operations).
  • Service details may change through updates.

4. Workflows / Marketplace / Autopilot

4.1 Nature of workflow execution

  • Automations may fail due to changes in target websites (UI/policies), network conditions, or account status.
  • The Company does not guarantee any specific execution outcome (success/failure).

4.2 Marketplace (Templates)

  • Members must upload templates only within the scope that does not infringe others’ rights.
  • If infringement, illegal/harmful content, or malicious intent is found, the Company may suspend/remove content and restrict access.

4.3 Autopilot (Scheduled execution)

  • Autopilot supports scheduled execution, and results (success/failure) may be displayed in the Service.
  • Runs may fail due to external factors (e.g., target site restrictions/blocks), and the Company does not guarantee success.

5. Paid services / Credits (UT)

Pricing and included credits are provided on the “Pricing/Plans” page. This section summarizes operational principles.

5.1 Subscription plans

  • Subscription plans may include access rights during the paid period and monthly included Credits (UT).
  • Subscription credits (UT) may have an expiration period based on policy; the current baseline may be operated as 1 month or 60 days depending on subscription period (subject to change).

5.2 Add-on credits

  • Add-on credits (UT) typically expire 1 year from the purchase date (policy subject to change).

5.3 Payment methods and processing

  • Payments may be processed via a payment gateway (PG). The Company may use Toss Payments.
  • Payment method details (e.g., card number) are stored by the PG. The Company processes only necessary information such as payment identifiers/status/history.

5.4 Refunds / withdrawal

  • Refunds and withdrawal rights follow applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws and the Company’s refund policy.
  • Specific criteria (usage deduction, partial refunds, credit expiration, etc.) follow the payment screen and separately announced policies.

6. Prohibited activities

  • Impersonating others or unauthorized use of accounts/personal information
  • Illegal acts such as spam, unlawful scraping, malware distribution
  • Causing excessive load on the Service/servers/networks
  • Running automations that violate target websites’ terms/policies or laws
  • Security threats such as reverse engineering, abnormal access, exploiting vulnerabilities

7. Intellectual property

  • Rights to the Service (software, UI, logos, documents, etc.) belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.
  • Rights to workflows/templates uploaded by members remain with the member in principle.
  • The Company may store and process member content to the extent necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Service.

8. Data & security overview

Flow Browser includes both local execution and server-side storage. Below is a baseline summary.

8.1 Data not sent to the server (stored locally only)

  • Execution logs on the user’s computer
  • TypeHidden (hidden-field) text — sensitive inputs are stored locally only and are not transmitted to the server.

8.2 Data stored on the server

  • Workflows (for sync/backup/market distribution)
  • Screenshots (for image matching)
  • Autopilot run information (success/failure and operational metadata)
The Company applies reasonable security measures such as TLS encryption in transit.

9. Changes / suspension

  • The Company may change or suspend part or all of the Service for improvements, maintenance, or incident handling.
  • For material changes or long-term suspensions, we will provide advance notice when feasible (or after-the-fact notice in urgent cases).

10. Limitation of liability

  • The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, user fault, or third-party service failures to the extent permitted by law.
  • The Company is not liable for damages due to external factors such as target website policy changes/blocks or account penalties.

11. Restrictions / termination

  • You may terminate the agreement (delete your account) through in-service procedures or by requesting the Company.
  • The Company may restrict use or terminate the agreement in cases of Terms violations, illegal/abusive use, or security threats.

12. Governing law / disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • In the event of a dispute, the Company and users will try to resolve it through good-faith consultation.
  • If not resolved, the competent court may be the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal place of business to the extent permitted by applicable law.
